To qualify for a refund, you must:
- Submit your request within 7 days of purchase, and
- Show proof that you've attempted to use the files by sending us photos of at least three projects you made using our digital designs.
This helps us understand how to better support you and ensures our refund policy is used in good faith.

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund request is made after 7 days
- No project evidence is provided
- Attempt to request refunds after mass-downloading files
- Products marked final sale or deep discount promotional offers (if applicable)
